Health, safety, well-being and environment
“Health, safety, well-being and environment are of primary importance.” This is one of the main principles of the HSWE policy. That is why this principle has been included into the policy declaration by the Board of Directors. Also included is the care to avoid any damage to safety, health, well-being and the environment. To implement this policy a care system has been developed that complies with the VCA certification standards. Apart from this, the risks involved in the work have been – and are continually being – charted. Training exercises and educational briefings serve to enhance the awareness and knowledge of these risks.
