In 2015 Bakker Sliedrecht and Technical University Delft combined forces to study the future of bridge control desks.

Smart & Robust

The study resulted in a robust and smart bridge concept that increases a vessel’s safety by offering a better overview from the bridge.

Adustable to task & operator

The future bridge adapts to the task at hand and is configured to the operator’s preferences. We achieve this by combining touch screen functionality with robust analog controls.
