Bakker Sliedrecht received an order from the Combinatie Sassenplaat consisting of the dredging companies Boskalis and Van Oord, that is working on the construction of the dredging sludge depot Hollandsch Diep for Rijkswaterstaat.

The delivery order for Bakker Sliedrecht includes the design, supply and installation of the entire power facilities system  (high- and low-voltage installations) plus corresponding electric infrastructure, that includes terrain – public – lighting, PLC and SCADA control installations. The dredging has been going on since the beginning of 2006. The electric and control installations have to be delivered by the middle of February 2008. The completion of the entire work is scheduled for April 2008.
